OWNER Jennifer Jordan, MS, CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist
Jennifer Jordan, MS, CCC-SLP has been practicing in the field of speech-language pathology since 2000 and opened Jordan Speech Services, PLLC in July 2009. Jennifer is certified as a speech-language pathologist by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. She obtained her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jennifer has made continuing education a priority throughout her career and has extensive trainings in the fields of autism, play-based assessment, play-based therapy, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and the Cycles approach for targeting phonological pattern errors. In September 2016, Jennifer received a Social Thinking™ Clinical Training Level 1 Assessment Certificate of Completion (read more). Jennifer has served as a Clinical Supervisor for Clinical Fellows in the field and enjoys training new graduates.

As a mother of two, Jennifer brings a unique blend of personal and professional experience incorporating her expertise with the following populations: ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), high functioning autism, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and early intervention in natural settings.
Meet Shannon Graves-King, MA, CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist
Shannon Graves-King, MA, CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist
Shannon has been practicing in the field of speech-language pathology since 2000. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists and holds an advanced licensure from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Shannon obtained her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Communication Disorders from Appalachian State University.
For the past fifteen years she has worked in a variety of public school settings with preschool, elementary and high school students with autism, hearing impairments and other developmental disabilities. Her area of interest is vocabulary development in the preschool population and its impact on reading comprehension and future academic success. Shannon has served as a Clinical Supervisor for Clinical Fellows in the field. She lives with her husband and eleven-year old daughter in Alamance County.
